MVR Evaporator System

1.MVR energy-saving evaporator technology is currently the most advanced evaporator technology in the world, only a very small amount of raw steam is needed (a small amount of steam is required when starting up, Steam is almost no longer needed in normal operation, which greatly reduces the operating costs of the company and reduces environmental pollution.

Roots Steam Compressor

1."Shangu" brand Roots steam compressor is an innovative product which independently developed by Shandong Mingtian Machinery Co., Ltd. The utility model adopts the assembled double-end professional mechanical seal to avoid seal failure and leakage of steam. only Various materials such as the duplex stainless steel (2205), super duplex stainless steel (2507), Hastelloy and austenitic stainless steel (316, 316L only for shell-wall plating and cast iron plating) can be designed according to the user's choice ,which can effectively prevent internal corrosion of steam compressors.

2.“Shangu” series Roots steam compressors have large air volume and large boost pressure  coverage, and the product has a wide range of applications. The users can choose the applicable compressor. The processed capacity of the steam is 30-15000KG, and boost temperature of the steam is 10-25 °C.

3."Shangu" series Roots compressors are simple in structure, stable and reliable in operation, high in mechanical efficiency, easy to maintain; insensitive to dust, droplets and fibers contained in the steam to be transported; no lubrication on the rotor surface, steam without contact with oil, the delivered steam has no secondary pollution.

4.The impeller adopts a new profile, which has good sealing performance, smaller internal leakage, and high efficiency and energy saving. The product has high processing precision, reliable operation and long service life. Independent cooling system protects high temperature components during shutdown.

5.The specific internal clearance of the rotor prevents the thermal expansion of the rotor caused by different materials from exceeding the residual gap value and internal friction occurrence.

6.The bearing adopts NSK or SKF imported brand bearings to ensure the precise positioning of the impeller and high stability during operation.

7.The pulley adopts the expansion sleeve type with European standard , the pulley has long service life and convenient disassembly; the coupling (direct transmission) adopts standard high-strength elastic coupling, and the elastic component is made of rubber material, which is stable and reliable in operation and long in service life.

8.Adopt 5-100HZ variable frequency motor, the adjustment range of speed is wider, and it is more suitable for working conditions.
